摘　　要：中华医学会肝病学分会组织相关专家对2017年《肝硬化腹水及相关并发症的诊疗指南》进行了修订,更名为《肝硬化腹水诊疗指南(2023年版)》。对肝硬化腹水、自发性细菌性腹膜炎及肝肾综合征的临床诊断和治疗提出了指导性建议。Chinese Society of Hepatology of Chinese Medical Association organized relevant experts to update the Guidelines on the management of ascites and complications in cirrhosis in 2017 and renamed it as Guidelines on the management of ascites in cirrhosis.It provides guiding recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of cirrhotic ascites,spontaneous bacterial peritonitis(SBP)and hepatorenal syndrome(HRS).
