大学生心理健康素养与积极应对方式的关系:心理资本的中介作用

摘　　要：探讨大学生心理健康素养与积极应对方式、心理资本之间的关系。采用方便抽样法向大学生发放“国民心理健康素养问卷“”简易应对方式量表“”积极心理资本问卷”,对1133份有效问卷数据进行相关分析及中介效应检验。结果表明,大学生的心理健康素养、积极应对方式和心理资本三者间均呈显著正相关,心理资本在心理健康素养与积极应对方式间发挥着部分中介作用。To explore the relationship between college students'mental health literacy,positive coping style and psycholog-ical capital,the questionnaire"National mental health Literacy Questionnaire","Simple coping style Scale"and"positive psychological capital questionnaire"were distributed to college students by convenient sampling method.Through correlation analysis and mediation effect test on 1133 valid questionnaire data,the results show that there is a significant positive corre-lation between mental health literacy,positive coping style and psychological capital,and psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between mental health literacy and positive coping style.
