摘　　要：阐述变电运维管理模式的创新模式,分析变电运维管理中的问题,提高变电站运行维护效率的有效策略,包括全业务核心班组建设、变电运维的数字化转型、业务操作的精益化。This paper describes the innovative mode analysis of substation operation and maintenance management,the problems in substation operation and maintenance management,and effective strategies to improve the efficiency of substation operation and maintenance,including the construction of core teams for the entire business,digital transformation of substation operation and maintenance,and lean business operations.
