摘　　要：阐述BIM虚拟仿真技术的特点,探讨BIM技术在装配式建筑施工中的应用过程,包括施工流程模拟、构件生产中的计算机辅助制造CAM系统,物流流程中的数字化管理。This paper expounds the characteristics of BIM virtual simulation technology and explores its application in prefabricated building construction,including construction process simulation,computer-aided manufacturing CAM systems in component production,and digital management in logistics processes.
