同轴微切口超声乳化术对白内障患者前房稳定性及术后视功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨同轴微切口超声乳化术对白内障患者前房稳定性及术后视功能的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月南阳市中心医院收治的白内障患者88例为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组给予常规切口超声乳化术治疗,观察组给予同轴微切口超声乳化术治疗。比较两组术中前房稳定例数、有效超声乳化时间、术后恢复时间,比较两组术前、术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月视力及角膜散光值,并比较术后1周内并发症总发生率。结果观察组前房稳定率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.470,P=0.034<0.05)。观察组有效超声乳化时间长于对照组,术后恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前、术后1周视力比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后1 d、1个月、3个月视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前角膜散光值比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月角膜散光值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症总发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.848,P=0.357>0.05)。结论同轴微切口超声乳化术可使白内障患者术中前房更稳定,术后视功能恢复更好,还可提高手术质量,缩短术后恢复时间,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of coaxial micro-incision phacoemulsification on anterior chamber stability and postoperative visual function in cataract patients.Methods Eighty-eight cataract patients admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional incision phacoemulsification treatment,and the observation group was treated with coaxial micro incision phacoemulsification.The number of stable anterior chamber cases,effective phacoemulsification time,and postoperative recovery time between the two groups were compared.The visual acuity and corneal astigmatism values of the two groups before and 1 day,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery,and the total incidence of complications within one week after surgery were compared.Results The stability rate of the anterior chamber in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=4.470,P=0.034<0.05).The effective phacoemulsification time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative recovery time was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group at 1 day,1 month,and 3 months after surgery was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative corneal astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05).The corneal astigmatism values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 day,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant dfference in the total incidence of postoperative complications betwe
