摘　　要：传统生理学认为组织液存在于组织间隙,主要通过扩散的方式参与体液循环,而有研究表明体内存在脉管系统外的组织液循环流动网络系统,组织液通过血管外以及组织间的筋膜间隙多级拓扑结构进行向心性流动,并且相关研究表明这可能与中医的经络穴位理论有着密切联系。本文对组织液循环流动系统的发现和发展进行介绍,并进一步分析该发现与组织筋膜以及中医经络穴位之间的联系,并对其未来应用进行总结展望。Traditional physiology believes that interstitial fluid presents in the interstitial space and partici⁃pates in body fluid circulation mainly by diffusion.However,Some studies have shown that there is an interstitial fluid circulation network system existing outside the vasculature in the body,and the interstitial fluid flows con⁃centrically through the multi-level topology of the extravascular and fascial space and between the tissues.Rele⁃vant studies have shown that this may be closely related to the theory of meridian and acupoints in Traditional Chi⁃nese Medicine.This paper introduces the discovery and development of the interstitial fluid circulation system,an⁃alyzes the connection between the fascial tissues and meridians and acupoints in TCM,and summarizes and pros⁃pects its future application.
