摘  要:荣誉学院是美国荣誉教育培养优秀本科人才的主要组织形式,而优质教育资源是荣誉学院人才培养的重要依靠及影响因素。构建荣誉学院教育资源的分析框架,对美国公立研究型大学荣誉学院教育资源的利用现状进行分析,可见围绕“学生中心”理念,荣誉学院重视优质生源严格遴选、物质资源充分保障和学术资源优化配置。借鉴美国经验,为完善我国一流大学精英本科教育的教育资源建设,应树立“学生中心”教育理念,为学生提供充分的学习资源支持;重视并发挥生源优势,挖掘优秀学生发展潜能;推进“五位一体”教育资源体系建设,形成校生良性循环发展;构建精英培养合理模式,探索中国式现代化精英培养道路。Honors college is the main organizational form of Honors Education in the United States to cultivate outstanding undergraduate talents.The high-quality educational resources of honors college are important factors to ensure excellent talent cultivation.This paper builds an analytical framework for the educational resources of honors colleges and analyzes theutilization status of educational resources of honors colleges in U.S.public research universities.It can be seen that the educational resources of the honors colleges are based on the concept of“student-centered”,which emphasizes the strict selection of high-quality students,adequate guarantee of physical resources,and optimal allocation of academic resources.When the successful experience of U.S.honors colleges is used as a reference for China’s top universities to improve the construction of educational resources for elite undergraduate education,it is nec-essary to establish the concept of“student-centered”and provide adequate support for learning resources;emphasize and give full play to strengths of the students to explore the potential of top-notch students;build the“five-in-one”educational resource system to form a virtuous cycle of school and students’development;and construct a reasonable pattern of elite cultivation to explore the path to Chinese-style modernization.
