以学习支持中心为引领的应用型高校多主体学习共同体构建案例研究

摘　　要：高校传统的学习共同体一般局限在教师或学生学习社群中,彼此缺乏有机联系,更缺乏良好的运行机制。基于教育资源整合和三全育人的需要,成立学习支持中心是有效促进教师和学生共同发展的途径。文章以西安欧亚学院学习支持中心组织机构、运行机制和实践活动为研究对象,探讨了在应用型高校学习支持中心所引起的理念变革、组织机构变革和通识教育的重要性,并反思了学习共同体构建的适度性与有效评价以及师生共同发展途径问题。The traditional learning community in colleges and universities is generally limited to a separate learning community of teachers or students,lacking organic connections with each other and a good operating mechanism.Based on the integration of educational resources and the needs of three-round education,the establishment of a learning support center is an effective way to promote the common development of teachers and students.Taking the organizational structure,operation mechanism and practical activities of the Learning Support Center of Xi'an Eurasia University as the research object,this paper discusses the concept change,organizational structure change and the importance of general education caused by the learning support center in applied universities,reflects the appropriateness and effective evaluation of the construction of learning community,and the common development path of teachers and students.
