基于语料库的狄更斯和哈代小说文体风格对比研究

摘　　要：基于语料库的文体风格研究是当前学界的一大新兴热点,但是这一路径下,不同作者以及同一作者不同时期作品文体风格对比研究具体如何开展,尚需进一步深入探讨。本文选取了狄更斯和哈代两位作家的小说作为语料,自建了4个小型语料库,从文本可读性、平均词长、词汇密度、介词密度、名词化手段密度以及情感词汇密度六个维度探索了狄更斯和哈代两位作家文体风格的不同以及同一作家不同时期的文体风格的变化。本文研究期望借助分析两位作家文体风格的过程,引起研究者对语料库研究方法的认识。Corpus-based stylistic research is a major emerging hot topic in the current academic community,but under this path,how to carry out the comparative study of stylistic styles of different authors and the same author's works of different periods needs to be further explored.This paper selects the novels of two writers,Dickens and Hardy,as the corpus,and builds four small corpora.It explores the dfferences in the stylistic styles of the two writers from six dimensions:text readability,average word length,lexical density,prepositional density,nominalization means density,and emotional lexical density,as well as the changes in the stylistic styles of the same writer in different periods.The purpose of this study is to arouse researchers'understanding of corpus research methods through the process of analyzing the stylistic styles of the two writers.
