半夏泻心汤联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:将96例肝郁脾虚兼寒热错杂型FD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各48例。对照组予马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,治疗组予半夏泻心汤加减联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗。2组均持续用药治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后的中医证候评分及血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,但2组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组胃脘胀满、胃脘痞满、嗳气反酸、口苦口干、纳呆、焦虑抑郁评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组6项评分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组GAS、5-HT、NO水平均低于治疗前,MTL水平均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组GAS、5-HT、NO水平均低于对照组,MTL水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:半夏泻心汤加减联合马来酸曲美布汀片可有效改善肝郁脾虚兼寒热错杂型FD患者的临床症状,提高胃动力,促进胃排空,且安全性较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets for functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:A total of 96 cases of FD patients of liver constraint and spleen deficiency complicated with cold and heat in complexity type were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets.Both groups were treated with medication for four weeks.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and nitric oxide(NO)in serum were compared between the two groups.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After fourweek treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).The scores of distending pain in stomach duct,stuffiness and fullness in stomach duct,belching and sour regurgitation,bitter taste in the mounth and dry mouth,torpid intake,and anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the six scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of GAS,5-HT and NO in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and MTL levels were higher than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).The levels of GAS,5-HT and NO in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and MTL level was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets can effectively improve clinical symptoms of FD patients of liver constraint and spleen deficiency complicated with cold
