中西医结合治疗多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变的研究进展

摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变是多发性骨髓瘤常见的一种并发症,常会造成患者感觉神经、运动神经、自主神经受损,影响了患者的生活质量。临床常采用的西医治疗主要是神经保护剂如维生素B、谷氨酰胺、乙酰左旋肉碱、抗氧化剂(二十二碳六烯酸、α-硫辛酸、谷胱甘肽)等,但缓解效果不佳。近些年,中西医结合治疗本病的方法不断增加,且治疗效果良好。现结合近几年关于多发性骨髓瘤周围神经病变中西医结合治疗的相关文献,对治疗效果等进行总结和分析,将具体内容整理如下。Multiple myeloma peripheral neuropathy is a common complicating disease of multiple myeloma,often causing damage to the patients sensory,motor,and autonomic nerves,affecting their quality of life.The commonly used western medicine treatments are neuroprotective agents such as vitamin B,glutamine,acetyl L-carnitine,antioxidants(Docosahexaenoic acid,α-lipoic acid,glutathione),etc.,but the treatment effect is not good.In recent years,the methods of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat this disease are constantly increasing,and the treatment effect is good.Now,based on the relevant literature on the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for multiple myeloma peripheral neuropathy in recent years,the treatment effects are summarized and analyzed,and the specific content is summarized as follows.
