支撑喉镜CO_(2)激光手术治疗喉癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究支撑喉镜CO_(2)激光手术治疗喉癌的效果。方法选取2015年1—12月本院收治的60例喉癌患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间不同分为对照组(2015年1—6月)与实验组(2015年7—12月),每组30例,对照组行传统手术治疗,实验组行支撑喉镜CO_(2)激光手术治疗,比较两组正常饮食情况、发音情况、并发症发生情况、术后生存情况。结果两组正常饮食率、并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。术后随访6个月,两组发音可辨率比较差异无统计学意义;实验组发音清晰率高于对照组,发音嘶哑率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜CO_(2)激光手术治疗喉癌,疗效确切,术后生存率高,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of CO_(2) laser surgery with self-retaining laryngoscope in the treatment of laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(from January to June 2015)and the experimental group(from July to December 2015)according to different admission time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional surgery,and the experimental group received supportive laryngoscope CO_(2) laser surgery.The normal diet,pronunciation,complications and postoperative survival were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the normal diet rate and complication rate between the two groups.After 6 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in discernibility of pronunciation between the two groups,the articulation clarity rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the pronunciation hoarseness rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of laryngeal cancer by CO_(2) laser supported laryngoscope has definite curative effect,high postoperative survival rate and few complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
