当代中国城市的艺术社区建设及其“空间生产”

摘　　要：社区是中国当代社会的基层治理单元。“艺术社区”作为近年来中国城市社区治理策略和建设目标的一种观念性实践,既体现了艺术在当代的社会介入力度及影响新增长,也展现了由公共场所向居住社区的艺术民主化新拓展,同时体现了现实主义精神在中国当代城市建设现场的新延续。根植于艺术在当代的观念嬗变和形态创新,聚焦于人民城市建设及人民群众对美好生活的向往,当代中国的“艺术社区”建设,既体现了艺术作品与社区居民的创新性相遇,又体现了居民共同议题的集体性参与,社区民众间对话与协商的群体性激发。纵观艺术介入城市社区的空间实践及其推进下的“艺术社区”建设,从宏观而言,“人民城市”建设重心向基层社区的下沉,为艺术在社区落地提供了观念语境及政策支持;从微观而言,艺术机构、艺术家、策展人面向社区的社区化转向,提供了相关体制保障与推进力量。Community is a grassroots governance unit in today's Chinese society.“Art community”,a concept that is put into practice in community governance and development in urban China in recent years,reflects art's greater role and influence in today's society,the broader democratization of art that expands from public places to residential communities,and the expansion of realism in today's development of urban China.Today,establishing“art community”in China,an effort based on the concept change and form innovation of art and focusing on the development of people's cities and their aspiration for a better life,represents an innovative encounter of artworks and community residents and a collective participation of residents in common issues,and encourages community residents to engage in dialogue and consultation.In terms of the spacial practice of art playing a role in urban communities and the development of“art communities”under its promotion,from a macro perspective,the idea of“people's cities”being brought to grassroots communities provides a concept and policy support for art playing a part in communities;from a micro perspective,art institutions,artists and curators turning to communities serves as an institutional guarantee and driving force.
