摘　　要：科学探究与实践是学习化学、应用化学、发展化学的基础。本节课是以“盐的复习”为主题,以“制作碳酸氢钠型果蔬洗盐”为项目,对氯化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠的性质进行复习和应用,发展学生在不同场景下运用化学知识解决实际问题的能力,并最终达成项目目标。在此过程中,从因到果、从定性到定量、从性质到应用,不断引导学生利用旧知获得新知,提高认知,进阶思维。Scientific inquiry and practice are the foundations for learning chemistry,applying chemistry,and developing chemistry.With the theme of"salt review"and the project of"sodium bicarbonate type fruit and vegetable wash salt"',this lesson reviews and applies the properties of sodium chloride,sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate,so as to develop students'ability to use chemical knowledge to solve practical problems in different scenarios,and finally complete the project objectives.In this process,from cause to effect,from qualitative to quantitative,from nature to application,students are constantly guided to use old knowledge to obtain new knowledge,improve cognition,and advance thinking.
