摘　　要：新型冠状病毒属于单股正链RNA病毒,为β属冠状病毒。患者感染新型冠状病毒后可出现多种临床表现,其中17.3%~36.4%会出现神经系统症状。新型冠状病毒感染合并癫痫样发作的发病率可高达8%,与预后不良密切相关。此外,既往存在癫痫的患者感染新型冠状病毒或注射新型冠状病毒疫苗后可能出现癫痫发作反复。因此,临床亟需重视新型冠状病毒感染合并癫痫的管理。为此,中华医学会神经病学分会脑电图与癫痫学组专家共同制订了《新型冠状病毒感染合并癫痫防治与管理的中国专家共识》,包括癫痫患者的新型冠状病毒疫苗接种、新型冠状病毒感染合并癫痫发作的诊治、癫痫患者长新型冠状病毒综合征的管理等内容,并对目前尚待解决的问题进行探讨,旨在为新型冠状病毒感染与癫痫诊疗提供循证医学支持的方法,以助力临床决策,促进患者预后改善。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a result of the infection by coronavirus 2,which is a single stranded RNA virus belonging to lineageβ-coronavirus.Patients infected with COVID-19 may exhibit diverse clinical symptoms,among which 17.3%-36.4%of the patients have been reported to develop neurological symptoms.Notably,prevalence of seizure can be as high as 8%,which is closely related with poor prognosis.In addition,patients with epilepsy(PWE)who are infected with COVID-19 or receive vaccinations may experience recurrent seizures.Therefore,it is urgent to prioritize the management of COVID-19 infection combined with epilepsy in clinical practice.Chinese Society of Electroencephalography and Epilepsy generates this consensus statement to provide proposals on the vaccination of PWE,the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 infection combined with seizures and the management of PWE with long COVID syndrome.This consensus aims to provide evidence-based medical support for the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 infection and epilepsy,thereby facilitating clinical decision making and improving the outcomes of the patients.
