摘　　要：微创青光眼手术(MIGS)具有降低眼压效果明确、切口小、手术并发症少、术后恢复快等特点,在国内得到迅速推广。为规范促进MIGS的临床应用,中华医学会眼科学分会青光眼学组针对结膜下植入物滤过性MIGS的临床应用及围手术期管理,基于国内外研究结果和临床实践,经过充分讨论,提出共识性意见,以期为临床开展相关工作提供参考和指导。Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery(MIGS)is widely used in China because of its effective reduction of intraocular pressure,small incisions,few surgical complications,and quick postoperative recovery.In order to regulate and promote the clinical application of MIGS,the Glaucoma Group of Ophthalmology Branch of Chinese Medical Association has formed consensus opinions on the clinical application and perioperative management of MIGS with subconjunctival implants on the basis of domestic and foreign research results and clinical practice,providing reference and guidance for clinical work.
