摘　　要：选择性激光小梁成形术(SLT)是一种可有效控制开角型青光眼(OAG)眼压的激光治疗手段。与其他作用于小梁的激光术式相比具有良好的疗效和安全性。本文从在中国青光眼患者应用SLT的有效性,特别是对可能存在影响OAG的降压效果和术后不良反应的角度出发,总结SLT在中国青光眼患者的应用及进展,以期为规范化推广SLT并提高临床青光眼治疗水平提供参考。Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty(SLT)is an effective laser treatment modality for controlling intraocular pressure(IOP)in open-angle glaucoma(OAG).Compared to other laser techniques targeting the trabecular meshwork,SLT has demonstrated favorable efficacy and safety.This article aims to summarize the application and advancements of SLT in Chinese OAG patients,focusing on its effectiveness in reducing IOP and postoperative adverse reactions that may influence OAG.By examining SLT from these perspectives,we aim to provide insights for the standardized promotion of SLT and enhancement of clinical glaucoma management in China.
