三点微创重睑术与传统切开重睑术的临床应用对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较三点微创重建术与传统切开重睑术的临床应用效果.方法:选取2021年6月至2022年6月本院收治的169例行重睑术患者作为研究对象.根据手术方式将其分为观察组(n=85,三点微创双眼重睑术)和对照组(n=84,传统双眼切开重睑术).比较两组患者术后疼痛感、恢复时间、并发症及满意度.结果:观察组患者术后疼痛感评分低于对照组,术后恢复时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为2.35%(2/85),明显低于对照组10.71%(9/84),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者满意度为96.47%(82/85),明显高于对照组79.76%(67/84),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:与传统切开重睑术比较,三点微创重睑术能改善患者疼痛症状、有效缩短术后恢复时间并提高患者满意度,且具有较高的安全性.Objective:To compare the clinical application effect of three-point minimally invasive and traditional double eyelid operation.Methods:A total of 169 patients with double eyelid operation treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected in this study.According to operation strategy,they were divided into observation group(n=85,three-point minimally invasive double eyelid operation)and the control group(n=84,traditional double eyelid operation).The postoperative pain,postoperative recovery time,the incidence of complications,and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.35%(2/85),which was significantly lower than 10.71%(9/84)in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 96.47%(82/85),which was significantly higher than 79.76%(67/84)of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional double eyelid operation,three-point minimally invasive double eyelid operation can improve the patients'postoperative pain symptoms,effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time and enhance patients'satisfaction,and has a high safety.
