百乐眠胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗卒中患者相关睡眠障碍疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:对百乐眠胶囊联合抗抑郁药,对比单用抗抑郁药治疗卒中相关睡眠障碍(SSD)的疗效进行系统评价.方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、CBM、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrone Library等数据库中关于百乐眠胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗SSD的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间从建库至2021年10月.由2位研究者独立使用NoteExpress软件进行文献的筛选并提取相关资料,使用RevMan5.3软件对数据资料进行Meta分析.结果:纳入6项RCT研究,共526例患者.Meta分析结果显示,百乐眠胶囊联合抗抑郁药在总有效率[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.11~1.29),P<0.001]、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分[MD=-4.85,95%CI(-5.50~-4.20),P<0.001]、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平[MD=50.89,95%CI(46.57~55.21),P<0.001]等方面,均优于单用抗抑郁药,差异均有统计学意义.结论:本研究结果表明,百乐眠胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗SSD的疗效优于单用抗抑郁药,但因文献数量和质量不足,上述结论尚需更多、更严谨的RCT加以验证.Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of bailemian capsule combined with anti-depressants in the treatment of patients with stroke-related sleep disorders(SSD).Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCT)of bailemian capsule combined with anti-depressants for SSD were being searched in the following electronic databases from inception to September 2021:CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrone Library database.Two researchers indepen-dently screened the literature and extracted data by NoteExpress,and performed meta-analysis by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 526 patients with SSD were included in 6 RCT.Meta-analysis results show that bailemian capsule combined with antidepressants could improve the total effective rate[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.11~1.29),P<0.001]and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level[MD=50.89,95%CI(46.57-55.21),P<0.001],and reduce Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score[MD=-4.85,95%CI(-5.50~-4.20),P<0.001],compared with using antidepressants separately.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Based on this study,the eficacy of bailemian capsule combined with antidepressants in treatment of SSD is better than that of using antidepressants separately.However,due to the influence of the quantity and quality of literatures,the above conclusion needs more rigorous RCT verification.
