摘 要:目的:调查本院神经外科护理人员工作压力现况,分析其与中文版工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)评分的相关性.方法:以本院神经外科14名护理人员为研究对象.比较不同护理人员工作压力情况,采用Pearson相关性分析工作压力与工作倦怠的相关性.结果:14名神经外科护理人员中国护士工作压力源量表(CNSS)评分为(2.86±0.36)分;不同任职方式、每班工作时长、行政职务、每月值夜班次数、工作倦怠的护理人员工作压力水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析发现,护士工作压力与工作倦怠呈正相关关系(r=0.669,P<0.05).结论:本院神经外科护理人员工作压力处中等偏上水平,并与工作倦怠感密切相关,临床需给予针对性干预以缓解护理人员工作压力,减轻职业倦怠感.Objective:To investigate the current situation of job stress among neurosurgery nursing staff,and to analyze its correlation with the scores of Chinese version of Maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS).Methods:Fourteen nurses in neurosurgery department of our hospital were selected in this study.The work stress of different nurses was compared,and the correlation between job stress and job burnout was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results:The score of Chinese nurses stressor scale(CNSS)for 14 neurosurgical nurses was(2.86+0.36)scores.There were statistically significant differences in the work stress level of nursing staff with different working styles,working hours per shift,administrative position,number of night shifts per month and job burnout(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that job stress was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.669,P<0.05).Conclusion:The work stress of neurosurgery nursing staff in our hospital is above the medium level,which is closely related to job burnout.Targeted intervention is needed to relieve the work pressure of nursing staff and reduce the job burnout.
