摘  要:为有效改善新生代矿工的安全行为,在社会交换理论、社会信息加工理论和自我决定理论的基础上,引入组织层面的安全氛围和个体层面的工作繁荣作为中介变量,跨层次探讨安全基地型领导对新生代矿工安全行为影响的作用机制。通过收集296名一线矿工两个时间段的配对数据,采用SPSS24.0,AMOS23.0和HLM7.0进行实证检验。结果表明:安全基地型领导对新生代矿工的安全行为有积极的直接影响;安全基地型领导通过安全氛围、工作繁荣的独立中介作用以及安全氛围和工作繁荣的链式中介作用正向影响新生代矿工的安全行为。In order to effectively improve the safety behavior of the new generation of miners,on the basis of social exchange theory,social information processing theory and self-determination theory,the safety climate at the organizational level and the work prosperity at the individual level were introduced as mediating variables,and the working mechanism of secure-base leadership on the safety behavior of the new generation of miners was discussed with cross-levels.By collecting paired data of 296 first-line miners in two time periods,SPSS24.0,AMOS23.0 and HLM7.0 were used for empirical tests.The results show that the secure-base leadership positively and directly predicts the safety behavior of the new generation of miners.Secure-base leadership positively affects the safety behavior of the new generation of miners through the independent mediating role of safety climate and work prosperity as well as the chain mediating role of safety climate and work prosperity.
