五苓散相关研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解五苓散相关研究的现状、热点及趋势。方法以五苓散为主题检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)从建库至2023年2月的相关内容,利用CiteSpace软件对发文作者、机构、团队、关键词进行分析。结果共计纳入3093篇文献,发文量大体呈现逐年上升趋势;研究作者及团队呈现人数多、团队小、发文少、合作散的特点,研究机构以天津中医药大学发文最多,其总体发文期刊影响因子不高,学术影响力有待提高;研究文献类型以临床应用为主,研究疾病范围广,心力衰竭、肝硬化腹水是其关注较多的疾病;实验研究虽取得一定进展,但整体数量少,对疾病的作用机制仍需要进一步挖掘。理论研究类型已从医案、名医经验转向规律总结及网络药理学。结论五苓散相关研究发文整体呈波动式上升趋势,肝硬化腹水及心力衰竭是其研究较多的疾病,实验室研究需要进一步挖掘。Objective:To understand the research status and hotspots of Wuling Powder.Methods:Literature related to Wuling Powder was retrieved in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM databases from inception to February2023.The authors,organizations and keywords were mapped and interpreted by CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software.Results:A total of 3093 literatures were included,and the number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year.The authors and their teams were characterized by a large number of authors,smaller teams,fewer publications and scattered cooperation.Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most publications,but its overall impact factor of published journals was not high.The literature type was mainly clinical application,and the research range of diseases was wide.In recent years,heart failure and ascites of cirrhosis were the diseases that they paid more attention to.Experimental research has made some progress,but the overall number was small,and the mechanism of action on the disease still needed to be further explored.Theoretical research types had shifted from medical records and experience to law summary and network pharmacology.Conclusion:The number of papers published on Wuling Powder shows an increasing trend of fluctuation.Liver cirrhosis ascites and heart failure are the most studied diseases of Wuling Powder.Further research in laboratory is still needed.
