摘　　要：异位胰腺(HP)是一种异常的解剖畸形,发病机制尚不明确,最常发生于上消化道,尤以胃部常见。胃HP诊断难度较大,组织病理学检查是确诊的“金标准”,胃肠道钡餐造影、CT尤其是内镜有着较高的诊断价值。对无症状患者的治疗主张内镜下随访;对有症状、病变扩大、诊断不明的患者主张手术切除,手术方式视病灶浸润深度及病灶位置而定。Heterotopic pancreas is an anomalous anatomical divergence that prevalently materializes in the superior gastrointestinal tract,especially in the stomach.The etiology of the anomaly remains nebulous,and the complexity of procuring an accurate diagnosis is underscored.A definitive diagnosis necessitates pathological confirmation as the gold standard,whereas barium meal radiography,CT scans,especially endoscopy,possess considerable diagnostic merit.The prevailing consensus amongst scholars advocates for endoscopic surveillance for asymptomatic patients and surgical excision for symptomatic individuals.The therapeutic modalities are predicated on the depth and spatial positioning of the lesion.
