摘  要:天津中医药大学坚持立德树人根本任务,以马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合为主线,把中医药文化自信教育作为重要抓手,大力加强思想政治理论课建设的同时积极探索实践“四炼”特色课程思政教师队伍培养模式,紧密结合学科专业特色和传统文化优势,创建以“政治历练”“师德锤炼”“课程训练”“实践锻炼”为主要内容的课程思政“筑梦班”特色培养模式,实现从模式设计、格局构建、队伍培养、资源建设、效果评价五个维度,全方位构建以弘扬中医药文化为引领的“大思政”育人教学体系。Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,with the main line of combining the basic principles of Marxism with excellent traditional Chinese culture,and regards confidence education in traditional Chinese medicine culture as an important starting point.While vigorously strengthening the construction of ideological and political theory courses,it actively explores and practices the training mode of ideological and political teachers in the“Four Refinements”characteristic courses,closely combining the characteristics of the discipline and traditional cultural advantages,Create a characteristic training model for ideological and political education with“political experience”“teacher ethics training”“course training”,and“practical exercise”as the main content,to achieve a comprehensive construction of the“Great Ideological and Political”education teaching system led by promoting traditional Chinese medicine culture from five dimensions:model design,pattern construction,team training,resource construction,and effect evaluation.
