摘　　要：苹果采后储藏病害长期制约着行业的发展,严重威胁苹果采后的品质。本文对苹果采后病害的类型进行了系统分析,并从农业防控、化学防治、物理保鲜、生物防腐4个方面分析了苹果采后病害的综合治理手段及策略,以期更好地预防苹果储藏病害的发生与危害,改善苹果品质,确保食品安全。The postharvest storage diseases of apples had restricted the development of the industry for a long time and threatened the quality of apples after harvest.The types of postharvest diseases of apples were systematically analyzed in this paper.The methods and strategies of comprehensive control of postharvest diseases were discussed from four aspects of agriculture control,chemistry control,physical preservation,and biological preservation,in order to better prevent the occurrence of postharvest storage diseases of apples,improve apple quality,and ensure food safety.
