休闲体育专业学生就业心理分析及纾解研究——基于Nvivo12的质性分析

摘　　要：就业乃民生之本,关系到广大人民群众的核心利益,高校毕业生的充分就业是促进社会稳定的重要因素,保持学生就业心理稳定更是就业工作的重中之重。实证调研江苏省某本科高校2023届休闲体育专业学生的就业心理状况,通过半结构化访谈,借鉴扎根理论并利用Nvivo12软件对原始访谈资料进行编码分析。研究发现,休闲体育专业学生就业认知心理偏差适中,就业情感心理偏差表现为焦虑与恐慌,就业信念心理偏差表现为自卑与退缩,就业社会心理偏差表现为从众与依赖。对此,高校应强化就业指导力度,构建就业心理预警体系;家长应转变观念,减轻学生就业压力;学生应正确自我评价,提升自身综合素质。Employment is the cornerstone of people’s livelihoods and is linked to the general public’s main interests.The full employment of college graduates is a significant aspect in promoting social stability,and the top priority of work related to employment is maintaining the psychological stability of students.Using semi-structured interviews,we make an empirical research on the employment psychology of graduates majoring in leisure sports in 2023 at a university in Jiangsu Province.Based on grounded theory,we code and analyze the raw interview data by using Nvivo12 software.The result suggests:the psychological deviation in employment cognition is moderate;that in employment emotion manifests as anxiety and panic;that in employment belief manifests as low self-esteem and withdrawal,and that in social psychology manifests as conformity and dependence.In this regard,colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance and create an early warning system for employment psychology;parents should change their ideas to reduce students pressure from seeking employment;and students should accurately evaluate themselves and improve their overall quality.
