摘  要:专业群建设是职业院校高质量发展的基石,是职业教育主动适应区域经济发展与产业转型升级的重要表现,开展专业群建设评价是引导和推动职业院校提高办学水平、服务能力及内部治理的重要途径。基于目前职业院校专业群建设绩效评价系统性、针对性和客观性不强的问题,探索构建了包括8个一级指标、37个二级指标的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对各个指标赋予权重。以测绘地理信息专业群为例,进行专业群建设绩效评价实践,并建议职业院校以评价结果为依据,持续加强优势专业群建设,逐步形成专业特色和品牌。Specialty group construction is the cornerstone of high-quality development of vocational colleges and universities,and it is an important performance of vocational education adapting to the development of regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Conducting evaluation of specialty group construction is an important way to guide and promote vocational colleges and universities to improve the level of school running,service ability and internal governance.Based on the lack of a systematic,targeted and objective evaluation of specialty group construction in vocational colleges and universities,this article investigates and constructs an evaluation index system with 8 primary indexes and 37 secondary indexes,and assigned weights to each index using the AHP(the analytic hierarchy process).Taking the specialty group of geomatics and geo-information as an example,evaluation of specialty group construction is practiced,and it is suggested that vocational colleges and universities use the evaluation results as a foundation to continuously strengthen the construction of advantageous specialty groups,and gradually form specialty characteristics and brands.
