摘　　要：随着我国葡萄酒对外贸易的日渐频繁,宁夏贺兰山东麓核心产区作为我国葡萄酒优势特色产区,要在世界葡萄酒市场竞争日趋激烈的环境下立足,就要增强宁夏葡萄酒品牌的市场竞争力。高品质的葡萄酒要由完善、健全的质量安全检测体系来保障,因此建立高水平的葡萄酒质量安全检测体系具有重大的现实意义。通过分析国内外葡萄酒质量安全标准方面的差异,提出加强宁夏葡萄酒产区酿酒技术、标准的推广和质量认证,健全完善质量安全标准、管理法规、产区认证的检验检测体系;围绕宁夏葡萄酒产业进行关键技术创新平台建设和实验室装备能力建设,逐步建成多方位参与、产学研并重的葡萄酒质量安全检测体系,形成宁夏葡萄酒产业创新链发展合力等建议,为宁夏葡萄酒产业发展升级提供创新思路。As China’s wine trade with foreign countries increases,the core production area of Helan Mountains in Ningxia as the advantageous and characteristic wine producing area in China,has to enhance its market competitiveness of Ningxia wine brands in the increasingly competitive world wine market.High-quality wines need to be guaranteed by a perfect and sound quality and safety guarantee system,so it is of great practical significance to establish a high-level wine quality and safety inspection system.By analyzing the differences in wine quality and safety standards at home and abroad,it is proposed to strengthen the wine-making technology,standard promotion and quality certification in Ningxia wine producing areas,improve the quality and safety standards,management rules and regulations,and quality inspection and testing system,and build key technological innovation platforms and laboratory equipment capacity around the wine industry in Ningxia,so as to gradually build up a multi-directional wine quality and safety testing system with equal emphasis on production,learning and research,and form a synergy for the development of the innovation chain of Ningxia wine industry.This paper provides innovative ideas for the development and upgrading of Ningxia wine industry and the high-quality development of Ningxia economy.
