摘 要:脑膜瘤是最常见的中枢系统肿瘤,常采用多种影像学检查进行诊断和鉴别诊断。MRI影像组学能够挖掘肉眼无法识别的影像学特征,量化肿瘤的异质性,可用于脑膜瘤术前分型分级、鉴别诊断、肿瘤侵袭性预测、预后评估等方面,辅助临床制定个性化治疗策略。就MRI影像组学在脑膜瘤中的应用进展进行综述。Meningioma is the most common tumor of the central nervous system,and various imaging studies are frequently utilized for both diagnosis and differential diagnosis.MRI-based radiomics enables the extraction of imaging features that are not discernible to the naked eye and facilitates the quantification of tumor heterogeneity.These capabilities can be used for preoperative staging and grading of meningiomas,differential diagnosis,prediction of tumor invasiveness,and assessment of prognosis,etc.Additionally,it can contribute to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.This paper reviews the progress in the application of MRI radiomics in meningioma research.
