黄河流域开放大学“一村一”学员参与乡村振兴意愿影响因素研究

摘　　要：按照黄河“几”字湾的形状选取青海开放大学、内蒙古开放大学和河南开放大学的“一村一”学员为主要调查对象,对其毕业后参与乡村振兴意愿的影响因素进行调查,获取样本数据,从个人因素、乡村现状因素、乡村人才因素和乡村技术因素四个方面构建影响“一村一”学员参与乡村振兴意愿的影响因素,运用逐步回归对其影响因素进行回归分析,确定其影响“一村一”学员未来参与乡村振兴意愿的因素和影响方向,进而从推进返乡就业创业攻坚行动、增强返乡学生内生发展动力和助力乡村发展方面提出对策建议,凸显优秀乡土人才的示范引领和带动作用,实现减贫脱贫,防止返贫现象发生。Based the shape of the Ji-character bay of the Yellow River,Qinghai Open University,Inner Mongolia Open University,and Henan Open University are selected as the main survey subjects of the"One Village,One College Student Program"students.This thesis investigates factors influencing their willingness to participate in rural revitalization after graduation,collects sample data,and constructs influencing factors on the willingness of"One Village,One College Student Program"participants to participate in rural revitalization from four aspects:personal factors,rural current situation factors,rural talent factors,and rural technology factors.Stepwise regression analysis is used to analyze the influencing factors and determine the factors and directions that affect the willingness of"One Village,One College Student Program"participants to join in rural revitalization in the future.Based on this,policy suggestions are proposed to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of returnees,enhance the endogenous development motivation of returnee students,and support rural development in order to highlight the demonstration and driving role of excellent local talents,achieve poverty alleviation and elimination and poverty-returning prevention.
