退役士兵适用型人才“1+N”培养模式探索

摘　　要：培养“适职、适岗、适时”的适用型人才是退役士兵教育培训工作一直在探索的重要课题。建立学校、政府、行业、企业等多方参与的办学机制,确立掌握一种专项职业能力附加多项辅助能力的培养目标,设置一个主修专业方向附加多个选修模块的培训课程,实施线下面授与线上学习、理论学习与实习实训、一次主训与多次复训相结合的教学方式,可以推动退役士兵适用型人才培养,实现从单一追求就业率到高质量就业的转变。Cultivating"occupation-suitable,position-fitting,and timely-applicable"talents has always been an important topic in the education and training of retired soldiers.This paper proposes to establish a multi-party mechanism involving schools,government,industry,and enterprises,set training goals that encompass specialized vocational skills and multiple auxiliary abilities,provide training curriculums that consist of a major specialization module and multiple elective modules,adopt teaching methods that combine face-to-face instruction with online learning,theoretical study with practical internships,and a main training session with multiple follow-up trainings,so that the cultivation of applicable talents among retired soldiers can be promoted and the focus can be shifted from simply pursuing employment rates to achieving high-quality employment.
