摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记立足我国科技创新工作实践,就青年科技人才的培养与使用作出了全面系统的重要论述,阐明了新时代中国青年科技人才成长成才的系列重大问题。习近平关于青年科技人才重要论述蕴含着丰富的哲学意蕴,以秉持实事求是的唯物主义基本原则为哲学基础,以弘扬科学精神的价值要求和人民至上的价值原则为根本立场,以坚持统筹兼顾的系统观念为思维方法,以运用战略思维能力、辩证思维能力和创新思维能力为实践要求。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on the practice of scientific and technological innovation in China,has made a comprehensive and systematic discourse on the cultivation and utilization of young sci-tech talents,and clarified a series of major issues regarding the growth and development of these young talents in China in the new era.The discourse contains rich philosophical implications,which sticks to materialism the basic principle of seeking truth from facts as its philosophical foundation,the value requirement of promoting scientific spirit and the value principle of people's supremacy as its fundamental stance,the systematic concept of adhering to overall consideration as its thinking method,and the ability to utilize strategic,dialectical,and innovative thinking capacity as its practical requirements.
