摘　　要：目的:探讨高校基础医学专业进行考试模式改革的必要性。方法:在国内基础医学培养目标基础上,分析当前西南医科大学基础医学院基础医学专业考试模式的现状和存在的问题及对考试模式改革的必要性。结果:当前西南医科大学基础医学院基础医学专业课程考试模式现状存在很多问题和不足,不能满足基础医学专业的学生培养目标,使基础医学专业的考试模式改革迫在眉睫。课程团队拟建立一种能力与素质为导向的,既能体现学生科学素质和科研思维,又能展示学生独立科研和团队写作能力的“综合能力考核”方式,为高校基础医学专业建立较为完善的考试模式奠定基础。结论:在医科高校基础医学专业进行提高学生素质、培养综合能力的综合能力考核改革势在必行。Objective:To explore the necessity of reforming the examination mode in basic medicine majors in universities.Methods:On the basis of the training objectives of basic medicine in China,to analyze the current situation and problems of the examination mode of basic medicine courses in university,and analyze the necessity of the examination mode reform.Results:There are many problems and shortcomings in the current status quo of the examination mode of basic medicine courses in university,which can not meet the training objectives of basic medicine students,which makes the reform of the examination mode of basic medicine courses urgent.The course team proposes to establish a kind of ability and quality-oriented'comprehensive ability assessment'which can reflect students'scientific quality and scientific thinking,and also demonstrate students'independent scientific research and team writing ability.It will lay the foundation for establishing a more complete examination mode in basic medicine in universities.Conclusion:It is imperative to carry out comprehensive ability assessment reform to improve students'quality and cultivate comprehensive ability in basic medicine majors in medical universities.
