摘　　要：以世界文化遗产老司城土司遗址所在地(湖南省永顺县)为研究区,选择2005-2018年共三期Landsat影像并分别提取多种影像特征变量,包括改进的归一化水体指数(MNDWI)、归一化植被指数(NDVI)、归一化建筑指数(NDBI)、数字高程模型(DEM)以及坡度因子(SLOPE)等,进而采用决策树法进行土地利用分类,深入分析了土地利用与土地覆被的时空变化特征。研究结果表明,(1)林地和耕地是永顺县主要的土地利用类型;(2)建设用地呈现快速扩张趋势且主要来源于林地和耕地;(3)受耕地保护政策影响,耕地呈小幅度增加趋势;(4)老司城土司遗址核心区中,建设用地增长速度最为显著,以中心遗址区为核心向四周扩张并沿灵溪河向南北方向延伸。Taking the location of the world cultural heritage site of Laosicheng Tusi Domain(Yongshun County,Hunan Province)as the study area,a total of three phases of Landsat images from 2005 to 2018 were selected and various image feature variables were extracted,including MNDWI,NDVI and NDBI,DEM and SLOPE,etc.The decision tree method was then used to classify land use and to analyse the spatial and temporal characteristics of land use and land cover.The results show,(1)forest land and arable land are the main types of land use in Yongshun County;(2)construction land is expanding rapidly and mainly comes from forest land and arable land;(3)arable land is increasing slightly due to the influence of the arable land protection policy;(4)in the core area of Site of Laosicheng Tusi Domain,the most significant growth rate of construction land,with the central site area expanding in all directions and extending in the north-south direction along the Lingxi River.
