摘　　要：专业是人才培养的基本单元,安徽工业大学金属材料工程专业于2019年获批安徽省一流专业建设点,近年来对标一流专业要求,通过加强人才培养的顶层设计,不断改革教学方式与教学内容,扩充实验实训教学基地与资源,加强思想政治教育与心理健康教育,加强师资队伍建设,加强教学管理制度化建设,提高了专业水平和人才培养能力。Specialization is the basic unit of talent cultivation,and the metal materials engineering program of Anhui Universi-ty of Technology was approved as a first-class specialty construction site in Anhui Province in 2019.In recent years,in view of first-class professional requirements,through strengthening the top-level design of talent cultivation,it has constantly reformed the teaching methods and contents,expanded the experimental and practical training teaching bases and resources,strengthened the ide-ological and political education and mental health education,stressed the construction of the faculty,and emphasized the institution-alization of teaching management.Finally,it has improved the professional level and talent cultivation capacity.
