摘　　要：猎人弓综合征(BHS)又称旋转性椎动脉闭塞综合征,是由于头颈部转动或后伸时椎动脉受压迫导致后循环缺血症状的临床综合征。该病临床表现与椎动脉型颈椎病类似,易引起临床医师的误诊。现将本院收治的1例BHS患者报道如下,希望通过分析该患者影像学特点及诊治经过,提高临床医师对该少见疾病的认识,减少其漏诊率及误诊率。Bow hunter′s syndrome(BHS),also known as rotational occlusion of the vertebral artery,is a clinical syndrome of posterior circulation ischemia due to compression of vertebral arteries during head and neck rotation or extension.The clinical manifestations of this disease are similar to vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and often cause misdiagnosis by clinicians.A patient with BHS admitted to our hospital is reported as follows,hoping to improve clinicians′ understanding of this rare disease and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis by analyzing the imaging characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of this patient.
