摘　　要：目的 优选畲药十二时辰本草乳膏的处方工艺,并对其药效学进行研究。方法 运用Box-Behnken响应面法,优化畲药十二时辰本草乳膏处方工艺;通过醋酸扭体法、甲醛致痛模型、热板法观察畲药十二时辰本草乳膏的镇痛效果(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结果 单硬脂酸甘油酯0.60 g、硬脂酸2.5 g和十二烷基硫酸钠0.3 g为畲药十二时辰本草乳膏油相基质的最优配方。制得的畲药十二时辰本草乳膏具有较好的镇痛效果。结论 优化后的畲药十二时辰本草乳膏稳定性良好,制备工艺重现性良好,有明显的镇痛作用且随着剂量的增加作用增强,为临床提供了实验依据。OBJECTIVE The formulation process of She Medicine Clematis florida var.Plena cream was optimized and its pharmacodynamics was studied.METHODS The formula of She Medicine Clematis florida var.Plena cream was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method;The analgesic effect of the She Medicine Clematis florida var.Plena cream was observed by acetic acid twisting,formaldehyde pain model and hot plate method.RESULTS The optimal formula of the She Medicine Clematis florida var.Plena cream matrix was 0.60 g monostearin,2.5 g stearic acid and 0.3 g sodium dodecyl sulfate.The prepared She Medicine Clematis florida var.Plena cream had good analgesic effect.The optimal formula of the main oil phase matrix of the twelve-hour herbal cream was as follows:0.60 g of glyceryl monostearate,2.5 g of stearic acid and 0.3 g of sodium dodecyl sulfate(P<0.05,P<0.01).CONCLUSION The optimized She Medicine Clematis florida var.Plena cream has good stability,good reproducibility of preparation technology,and has obvious analgesic effect,which is enhanced with the increase of dose,providing experimental basis for clinical.
