摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一种致病机制未明的神经发育障碍疾病,社会交往与社会交流障碍是其主要核心症状之一,目前尚无针对性的有效药物。催产素(OXT)是一种神经肽类激素,对社会认知与行为有积极影响,已作为治疗ASD社会交往障碍热点药物之一。本文对近些年国内外研究OXT在ASD社会交往中异常表现相关研究进行综述,希望能为ASD社会交往障碍的临床治疗提供思路。Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder with unknown pathogenic mechanisms.Social interaction and social communication disorders are one of the main core symptoms for ASD.Oxytocin(OXT)is a neuropeptide hormone that has a positive effect on social cognition and behaviour,and has been used as one of the hot drugs for the treatment of social interaction disorder in ASD.In this paper,we review the recent domestic and international studies on the abnormal performance of OXT in social interaction in ASD,hoping to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of social interaction disorder in ASD.
