摘  要:目的 探讨情景模拟联合小组讨论教学法在诊断学实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选择齐齐哈尔医学院2018级影像专业四年级本科生164人为研究对象,随机分成对照组(传统教学法,84人)和实验组(情景模拟联合小组讨论教学法,80人)。选择腹腔穿刺术课程进行实践教学实验组应用情景模拟联合小组讨论教学法模式,对照组应用传统教学模式。两组学生分别进行课前调查问卷学生基本情况评估,课后进行操作考核、理论考核、问卷调查评价教学效果。结果 实验组课后实践考核成绩及教学问卷调查评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟联合小组讨论教学法在诊断学实践教学中具有良好的效果。Objective To explore the effect of Scenario simulation teaching combined with group discussion teaching method in the practical teaching of diagnostics.Methods A total of 164 fourth-year medical students of grade 2018 those majoring in imaging from Qiqihar Medical University were enrolled as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(traditional teaching method,n=84)and the experimental group(Scenario simulation teaching combined with group discussion teaching method,n=80).The course abdominocentesis was selected to carried out practice teaching.The experimental group was taught by Scenario simulation teaching combined with group discussion,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.The two groups of students were investigated by questionnaire before class,and the teaching effect was evaluated by operation examination,theory examination and questionnaire survey after class.Results The scores of after-class operation assessment and teaching questionnaire in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Scenario simulation teaching combined with group discussion teaching method has a good effect in the practical teaching of diagnostics.
