机器人外科手术系统辅助下腹腔镜肾部分切除手术的研究进展

摘　　要：肾肿瘤是泌尿系统常见的肿瘤。随着医学影像学检查发现的早期肾肿瘤患者比例逐年增高,肾部分切除术的比例也随之增高。目前机器人外科手术系统辅助下肾部分切除术(RAPN)已广泛开展,其扩大的三维手术视野,多角度精准剥离切除肾肿瘤并实现精巧快速的缝合可减少术中失血量、缩短肾热缺血时间。RAPN已成为肾肿瘤患者新的手术选择,笔者就近年来RAPN研究进展进行综述。Renal tumor is the common neoplasm in genitourinary system.As the proportion of patients with early renal tumors detected by medical imaging examination increases year by year,partial nephrectomy is also increasing.Nowadays,robot-assisted partial nephrectomy(RAPN)has been widely used in PN.With the expanded three-dimensional vision,multi-angle precise dissection of renal tumors and rapid suture,RAPN has reduced the intraoperative blood loss and shortened the time of renal warm ischemia.RAPN has become a new surgical choice for patients with renal tumors.This article reviews the current status and development of the application of RAPN in recent years.
