摘 要:通过试验探究粉细砂作为集料制备抗裂抹灰砂浆的可行性,研究胶砂比、纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维及其掺量对抗裂抹灰砂浆力学性能、保水性、抗裂性、粘结性以及干缩性能的影响。结果表明:直接利用该粉细砂制备的普通抹灰砂浆,收缩大、韧性低、易开裂。掺入纤维素醚、可再分散性乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维可以大幅度提高抗裂抹灰砂浆的保水性、粘结性、柔韧性和抗裂性,并且能降低其干燥收缩。当胶砂比为0.5,纤维素醚的掺量为0.15%,可再分散性乳胶粉的掺量为0.8%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9 kg/m3时,制备出的抹灰砂浆具有较高的抗裂性能。The feasibility of using fine sand as aggregate to prepare anti-cracking plastering mortar was explored through experiments.The effects of binder-sand ratio,cellulose ether,redispersible latex powder,polypropylene fiber and its content on the mechanical properties,water retention,crack resistance,adhesion and drying shrinkage of plastering mortar were studied.The test results show that the ordinary plastering mortar prepared directly from the fine sand has large shrinkage,low toughness and easy cracking.Incorporation of cellulose ether,dispersible latex powder,polypropylene fiber can greatly improve the plastering mortar water retention,adhesion,flexibility and crack resistance,and can reduce its drying shrinkage.When the cement-sand ratio is 0.5,the content of cellulose ether is 0.15%,the content of redispersible latex powder is 0.8%,and the content of polypropylene fiber is 0.9 kg/m3,the prepared plastering mortar has high crack resistance.
