摘　　要：美国国家综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)是由32家世界知名癌症中心组成的非营利性联盟组织,致力于促进肿瘤学领域的教育、研究和临床实践。NCCN每年持续更新多种恶性肿瘤的临床实践指南,不仅是美国肿瘤领域临床决策的标准,也已成为全球肿瘤临床实践中应用最为广泛的指南。NCCN肝细胞癌临床实践指南目前更新至2023年第1版,较2022年第5版指南主要在肿瘤的筛查诊断、手术治疗、辅助治疗、局部治疗、系统治疗及分子检测等方面进行更新。本文就新版指南更新内容进行逐一解读。The National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)is a non-profit alliance composed of 32 world-renowned cancer centers,dedicated to advancing education,research,and clinical practice in the field of oncology.NCCN continuously updates clinical practice guidelines every year,which was not only the standard for clinical decision-making in the oncology field in the United States,but also the most extensive guidelines for clinical practice in oncology worldwide.The NCCN guidelines for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is currently updated to version 1.2023.Compared with version 5.2022,the updated content of this version mainly focused on tumor screening,diagnosis,surgical treatment,adjuvant therapy,postoperative locoregional therapies,systemic therapy and molecular detection.This article will interpret the updated content of the new version of the guidelines.
