摘　　要：2023年4月,中国临床肿瘤学会(Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology,CSCO)肿瘤心脏病学专家委员会发布了《中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)肿瘤心脏病学指南2023》(简称2023版指南)。该指南在《中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)肿瘤治疗相关心血管毒性防治指南2021》的基础上首次更新并更名。指南的更新从既往聚焦心血管毒性防治,拓展为肿瘤心脏病学,将肿瘤患者的全程管理纳入重要考量,倡导对具有心血管疾病风险因素或已有心血管疾病的肿瘤患者提供恰当的预防和监测计划,改进肿瘤治疗相关心血管毒性(cancer therapy-related cardiovascular toxicity,CTR-CVT)的预防、诊断、治疗和管理措施,以保障抗肿瘤治疗的安全性并改善患者预后。2023版指南纳入了更加夯实和更加前沿的循证医学证据,为临床实践提供了参考,成为临床医师不可或缺的“口袋书”。In April 2023,Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)Expert Committee on Oncology Cardiology issued the 2023 CSCO oncology cardiology guidelines which were updated and renamed for the first time on the basis of the 2021 CSCO oncology cardiology guidelines for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular toxicity.The guidelines have been updated from the previous focus on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular toxicity to oncology cardiology.The 2023 edition takes the whole-process management of cancer patients as an important consideration,advocates appropriate prevention and surveillance programs for tumor patients with cardiovascular disease risk factors or existing cardiovascular diseases,and enhances the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and management of cancer therapy-related cardiovascular toxicity(CTR-CVT)to guarantee the safety of anti-tumor therapy and improve prognosis.The 2023 edition of the CSCO oncology cardiology guidelines incorporates more solid and cutting-edge evidence-based medical evidence,provides a reference for clinical practice,and is an indispensable“pocket book”for clinicians.
