摘 要:在建筑物旁开挖深基坑时,极易对地表建筑物,特别是整体性较差的砌体建筑物造成附加沉降。因此基于哈尔滨地区某在建建筑物基坑工程,采用数值模拟的方法,对使用微型桩托换建筑物基础进行了研究;提出了一种计算深基坑开挖区邻近建筑物附加沉降的预测方法;推导了预测微型桩托换邻近建筑物附加沉降的经验公式。该方法对预测深基坑附近建筑物附加沉降有较好的指导意义。When deep foundation pits were excavated adjacent to the buildings,it was very easy to cause additional settlement damage to surface buildings,especially masonry buildings with poor integrity.Based on a project under construction in Harbin,the replacing building foundations with micro-piles was investigated by numerical simulation in this paper;A method for calculating additional settlement of buildings adjacent to deep foundation excavation areas was proposed;And,an empirical formula for predicting additional settlement of buildings adjacent to micropile buttresses was derived.The method can guide predicting additional settlement of buildings near deep foundation pits well.
