摘　　要：目的:了解2002—2021年南京市玄武区新报告HIV/AIDS病例首次CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞(CD4细胞)检测情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:使用中国疾病预防控制中心艾滋病综合防治信息系统,下载截至2021年12月31日新报告病例数据,运用Logistic回归分析及决策树模型,对2002—2021年南京市玄武区新报告HIV/AIDS病例首次CD4细胞检测情况进行分析。结果:2002—2021年玄武区共报告HIV/AIDS病例432例,428例(99.1%)进行了首次CD4细胞检测,107例(24.8%)检测结果小于200个·μl^(-1)。多因素Logistics回归分析结果显示,年龄在50岁以上(OR=2.905,95%CI 1.532~5.509),样本来源为医疗机构(OR=2.841,95%CI 1.735~4.651)是首次CD4细胞小于200个·μl^(-1)的危险因素。决策树模型也得出类似的结果。结论:玄武区存在一定比例的晚发现病例,下一步艾滋病防治工作中,需针对年龄较大及在医疗机构就诊检测的患者加强宣传干预。Objective:To investigate the initial CD4^(+)T lymphocytes(CD4 cells)count test of the newly reported HIV/AIDS patients in Xuanwu District from 2002 to 2021.Methods:The imformation of newly reported HIV/AIDS were downloaded from the AIDS Integrated Prevention and Control Information System of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 1,2002 to December 31,2021.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis and decision tree analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:A total of 432 HIV/AIDS patients were reported in Xuanwu District from 2002 to 2021,of which 428(99.1%)had CD4 cells test,and 107(24.8%)less than 200μl^(-1).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of CD4 cells less than 200μl^(-1) including age over 50(OR=2.905,95%CI 1.532-5.509),and the patients seeking for medical advices from medical institutions(OR=2.841,95%CI 1.735-4.651).The decision tree model also showed the same results.Conclusion:The proportion of the initial CD4 cell count test result less than 200μl-1 was high in Xuanwu District.In the future,we should pay more attation to patients above 50 years old and the patiants seeking for medical advices from medical institutions.
