摘 要:无坐力炮的轻量化设计是当前的一个重要趋势。高模量碳纤维复合材料因弹性模量高、热膨胀系数小、尺寸稳定等优异性能,广泛应用在无坐力炮复合材料身管。基于NOL环碳纤维缠绕件的宏观力学测试通常用于反映碳纤维缠绕复合材料的性能。本文以M46高模量缠绕制备的NOL环纤维试件为研究对象,通过准静态拉伸和疲劳试验,研究材料的应变响应和拉-拉疲劳行为。结合无坐力炮身管失效准则,将动态应变准则作为高模量碳纤维缠绕复合材料身管性能和使用寿命的标准。结果表明:高模量碳纤维无明显地疲劳累积损伤,抗疲劳特性良好。疲劳过程中应变响应较低,经1000次疲劳载荷循环,相同位置的最大应变变化幅度约为0.2%,无坐力武器身管能保持预定弹道和结构性能良好,满足轻量化和使用寿命设计要求。The lightweight design of recoilless weapon is an important trend today.High modulus carbon fiber composite materials are widely used for the fabrication of recoilless gun barrel which have excellent properties such as high elastic modulus,low thermal expansion coefficient,and dimensional stability.The performance of carbon fiber wound composite materials was obtained through macro⁃mechanical testing of naval ordnance laboratory(NOL)ring testing.In this study,the strain response and tensile fatigue behavior of M46 high modulus carbon fiber material were obtained from quasi⁃static tensile and fatigue experimental analysis.The dynamic strain criterion was used as a standard for evaluating the performance and service life of high⁃modulus carbon fiber winding composite gun barrels.The results indicate that high⁃modulus carbon fibers exhibit excellent fatigue resistance without fatigue accumulation damages.During fatigue testing,the strain response is relatively low,with a maximum strain variation amplitude of only about 0.2%at the same position after 1000 fatigue load cycles.This indicates that recoilless gun barrels made of high⁃modulus carbon fiber can maintain the desired trajectory and excellent structural performance without compromise,meeting the requirements for lightweight design and extended service life of recoilless weapon.
