基于成熟度模型的医联体“三方共管”模式实践与思考

摘　　要：随着医联体建设的全面推开,全国各地公立医院纷纷响应,进行多种合作模式的探索。目前,受到政策、地域、基础条件、人才等因素影响,各种模式的医联体建设各有其发展局限性。上海市第十人民医院基于成熟度模型体现事物从低到高发展路径的特点,对政府、市级三甲医院、区级医院合作下“三方共管”医联体模式进行规划实施,取得一定成效。本文对基于成熟度模型的“三方共管”医联体模式的探索实践及结果进行分析,为其他医院开展类似的医联体合作提供参考。With the comprehensive promotion of the construction of the Medical Cluster,public hospitals across the country have responded and explored various cooperation models.At present,affected by factors such as policies,regions,basic conditions,and talents,the construction of various models of Medical Clusters has its own development limitations.Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital,based on the maturity model that reflects the characteristics of the development path of things from low to high,planned and implemented the"tripartite co-management"Medical Cluster model under the cooperation of the government,municipal Grade III Level A hospitals,and district-level hospitals,and achieved certain results.This paper analyzes the exploration practice and results of the"tripartite co-management"Medical Cluster model based on the maturity model and provides a reference for other hospitals to carry out similar Medical Cluster cooperation.
