“双严”政策背景下成人高等教育发展路径探究

摘　　要：在国家成人高等教育政策的持续推动下,成人高等教育开始市场化,逐渐实现现代化和国际化,以及管理发展职业化,为我国成人高等教育进一步发展提供了新的机遇.然而,随着国家成人高等教育“双严”政策的实施,成人高等教育也面临着类型转变、宗旨转向、多元化发展以及教育方式转型等挑战.因此,成人高等教育应主动适应政策调整,探索路径,促进高质量发展,主要是转变对成人高等教育的认知,推进成人高等教育纳入国家发展规划体系,重新定位成人高等教育属性,以及构建因时而变的成人高等教育发展体系.Adult higher education has turned to be market-oriented and gradually realized modernization and internationalization and professionalized management and development under the continuous promotion of the relevant national education policies providing new opportunities for the further development of adult higher education in China.However,adult higher education now faces challenges such as type change,purpose shift,diversified development,and transformation of education modes with the implementation of the“double reduction”policy.This paper proposes some measures to promote adult higher education.Adult higher education should take the initiative to adapt to policy adjustments,explore paths to promote high-quality development.The key measures are mainly to change the cognitive understanding about adult higher education,promote the integration of adult higher education into the national development planning system,reposition the attributes of adult higher education,and build a time-varying development system of adult higher education.
