摘　　要：目的:探究外周干细胞移植术结合阿扎胞苷治疗老年白血病的临床效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2022年3月收治的老年白血病患者96例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,各48例。对照组采用外周干细胞移植术治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上结合阿扎胞苷治疗。比较两组血红蛋白浓度、并发症发生率、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组血红蛋白浓度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);试验组客观缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:外周干细胞移植术结合阿扎胞苷治疗老年白血病患者效果较好,能降低并发症发生率,但是会导致血红蛋白水平下降。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of peripheral stem cell transplantation combined with azacytidine in the treatment of elderly leukemia.Methods:Ninety-six cases of elderly leukemia patients admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with forty-eight cases.The control group was treated with peripheral stem cell transplanta⁃tion,and the experimental group was treated with azacytidine on the basis of the control group.The hemoglobin concentration,complication rate,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the hemoglobin concentration of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P=0.012);The objective remission rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion:Peripheral stem cell transplantation combined with azacytidine is more effective in the treatment of elderly leukemia patients,which can reduce the complication rate,but it will lead to a decrease in he⁃moglobin level.
