摘 要:针对现有党参人工挖掘方式挖掘效率低、挖掘成本高的问题,基于人体仿真学,设计了一种四杆机构党参挖掘装置。通过Proe建立三维简化模型,采用离散元仿真软件EDEM和多体动力学软件ADAMS建立土壤-党参-挖掘装置简化模型。通过ADAMS_EDEM进行仿真挖掘试验,得出阻力较小时的转速和入土角范围。采用SAS软件对转速和入土角进行最优平衡随机设计试验,并进行土槽挖掘试验验证。仿真结果表明,较佳入土角75°~80°,较佳转速60~90r/min。土槽挖掘试验结果表明,当转速和入土角为70r/min和75°时,挖掘机构党参挖松率最高为97.94%,损伤率为4.52%;次之组合为60r/min和75°时,党参的挖松率为96.62%,损伤率为5.7%。In order to solve problems of low efficiency and high cost of Codonopsis pilosula manual excavation,a four-bar mechanism Codonopsis pilosula excavation device was designed based on human simulation.Simplified model of soil-Codonopsis pilosula excava-tion device was established by means of Proe,simplified model of soil-Codonopsis pilosula-excavation device was established by means of discrete element simulation software EDEM and multi-body dynamics software Adams.Through ADAMS_EDEM conducts simulation excavation experiments,range of rotational speed and soil entry angle was determined when resistance was low.SAS soft-ware was used to carry out optimum balance random design test for rotational speed and soil entry angle,and soil trench excavation test was verified.Simulation results showed that the better range of earth angle was from 75°to 80°.The optimum speed range was from 60 r/min to 90 r/min.Excavation test results showed that when the best combination was 70 r/min and 75°by final analysis,loosing rate of codonopsis pilosula was 97.94%,damage rate was 4.52%.The next was 60 r/min and 75°,loosening rate was 96.62%and damage rate was 5.7%.
